北京中立全洲科贸公司成立于一九九三年,初期以经营机械设备、金属材料为主,兼营建钢材及房屋租赁业务。公司本着“诚信,用户至上”为企业的生命线这一宗旨,始终贯彻为客户提供“双优“产品和送货上门服务等优质服务的措施,在省、市级以上同行中,赢得了充分的信赖和好评。
公司起步注册资金为500万人民币,1995年国家实行钢材经营资质审批制度后,本公司当年就取得了北京市建季审批的经营钢材的资质证书。从而正式以经营建筑钢材为主营,1995年至2002年连续被北京市建委和大型建筑集团公司评为优秀承包商,并颁发证书。
2003年开始,我公司本着多种经营,减少经营风险,开始转变以经营机械设备,金属材料为主兼营建筑材料,并于2005年又增加了地产投资,房屋及库房租赁及物业管理项目,出租了大型底商,增加了资金流转及稳定的收入和利润。公司年均营业额高达6千万元人民币,营业利润在1千万元人民币。
2008年,为适应新时代的市场及管理环境,公司开始调整企业文化及公司运营管理模式。开始以董事会决议股东资金注入,由高级人材经营团队操作运营的管理模式推动公司整体化前进。
2012年至今,我公司调整了注册资金为1900万,并正式转型以地产类投资,房屋、库房租赁,物业管理项目为主营,先后取得了北京市远洋山水(石景山区)底商的租赁及其物业管理经营,北京市丰台区体网中心的规划与建设,北京市中化文化园及优龙会议中心的收购及运营管理,田村路锦绣大地物流周边地区库房的租赁等等大型投资,建设,及物业管理运营项目,并取得了突破性的成功及稳定利润。
公司现下设市场战略企划部,销售部,公关部,财务部,物业部,工程技术部等。公司每年定期对管理人员及员工进行业务技能和专业知识讲座,以及时调整适应市场及业务需求。目前我公司的机构健全,制度完善,建立了良好的关公形像及信誉,业务业绩不断上升,公司稳步发展。

Established in 1993, Beijing Zhongli Quanzhou Science and Trade Co., Ltd. specialized in mechanical equipment and metal materials, with the sale of construction steel and housing rental business as a sideline in the initial stage. Taking “good faith and customer first” as its lifeline, the company has always remained committed to providing customers with quality and reasonably priced products and sound services such as home delivery, thus wining full trust and praise among other competitors in the same industry above the provincial and municipal levels.
The initial registered capital of the company was RMB 5,000,000. After China implemented the system for approval of steel business qualification in 1995, the company obtained the steel business qualification certificate issued by the Beijing Municipal Commission of Construction in the same year. Therefore, the sale of construction steel formally became its major business. From 1995 to 2002, the company was successively rated as an outstanding contractor, with the issuance of certificates, by the Beijing Municipal Commission of Construction and large construction corporations.
Starting in 2003, with the aim of reducing business risks through diversified operations, the company began to take the sale of mechanical equipment and metal materials as its major business, and that of construction materials as a sideline. In 2005, it began to engage in real estate investment, housing and warehouse rental, and property management projects; by leasing large stores on the ground floor, the company saw increased capital flow and stable incomes and profits. Its annual turnover reached up to RMB 60,000,000, with operating profits of RMB 10,000,000.
In 2008, to adapt to the market and management environment in the new era, the company began to adjust its corporate culture and mode of operation and management. It started to pursue overall progress by seeking capital injection from shareholders through resolutions of the Board of Directors, and adopting a mode whereby a team comprised of senior professionals was responsible for the operation and management.
Since 2012, the registered capital of the company has increased to RMB 19,000,000, and its major business has covered real estate investment, housing and warehouse rental, and property management projects. It has been successively responsible for a number of large-scale investment, construction, and property management projects, including the rental and property management of stores on the ground floor at Beijing Yuanyang Shanshui (Shijingshan District), the planning and construction of the sports center in Fengtai District, Beijing, the acquisition, operation and management of Chinese Cultural Park and Youlong Conference Center in Beijing, and the rental of warehouses in the surrounding areas of Jinxiu Dadi Logistics Port, Tiancun Road. In this way, the company has made breakthroughs and stable profits.
The company has currently established Market Strategy Planning Department, Sales Department, Public Relations Department, Financial Department, Property Department and Engineering and Technology Department.
